If for some reason you are not prompted upon start-up downloading your product can be done using a few different methods.
Simply enter the site and select the new version of your software. You simply have to accept and you will be taken to your customer login page and your SaleID will populate.
Generally, if you have an active internet connection Oxygen Forensic products will check to see if there is a new version available upon startup.
